Customer Service Representative

Jill has been part of the Sagamore Animal Hospital team since the beginning. Hired in 1989, Jill has remained a loyal employee for the last 30 years. Her phone skills and customer service have enabled her to know most customers by name, and in return, they know hers. A true problem solver with an understanding of excellent customer service, Jill prides herself on being the one whom clients reach out to with questions and comments.

Jill is a born and raised New Hampshire native who pulled up roots and moved to Florida in January 2020. Anyone who knows Jill is aware of her dislike for cold weather.  Fortunately, she has found her bliss in the heat and humidity of Southwest Florida and can work remotely. As a bonus, Jill is on video with the front desk, which allows her to interact with co-workers all from the comfort of her home office.

Jill lives with her husband, Paul, and their kitty, Milton. Adapting to the Florida wildlife, Milton has become an avid hunter of lizards.

In her free time, Jill and her husband enjoy the beach, boating, shell hunting, walking along Charlotte Harbor, watching pelicans, and gardening. Their son Connor is newly married, and he and his wife reside in Chicago.

Jill will tell you she misses Lagos as nothing compares to their chocolate Oreo yogurt. During the summer, when she’s in NH visiting family, it’s one of her first stops!
