After filling the position of Veterinary Technician for 28 years, she changed positions in 2025 to the front desk as full-time customer service representative lead , remaining committed to working with animals and their owners. She is also the hospital’s inventory specialist.
1996 was a great year for Heather- starting work at Sagamore Animal Hospital and meeting her best guy Gary in the fall! She graduated from UNH with a BS in Animal Science/Pre-Veterinary Medicine in the spring of 1998 and received her license as a Veterinary Technician shortly thereafter. After 10 years of running horse shows for NBarH Riding Club, she passed the baton this year to spend time with Gary, her horse Bear and family. Heather and Gary like to go roller skating, check out local restaurants, and Netflix and chill with their two kitties Lizzie and Emily Rose. Her horse Bear is boarded 5 minutes down the road and she spends the majority of her free time caring for him and his barn mates, doing barn chores and riding local trails.
